Payment Policy
-Annual Registration Fee will be taken from students (up to age 18) at the beginning of each dance session. This fee will cover registration through Summer 2015.
$25 per student.
-Tuition is taken in monthly payments, due on the 1st of each month. A $15 late fee will be applied if received after the 7th of the month.
PLEASE NOTE!! Dancers will not be allowed on the dance floor if we have not received payment.
-$25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.
-Tuition adjustments will not be allowed for missed classes. Makeup classes must be arranged by dancer or family who has missed the class. TCDC will not reach out to reschedule your missed class. Some classes may fall on National Holidays when TCDC will be closed. We will NOT reschedule these classes. Class changes can be viewed on our calendar.
-All payments must be made at TCDC with cash, check, debit, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. We're sorry, we do NOT take American Express.
-All private lessons must be paid in full on or before dancer's lesson. There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 unless instructor is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
